Your Role

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, PPC at Clarius, you will own paid acquisition and conversion optimization across the customer journey, driving pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to translate business objectives into scalable, high-performing growth programs.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels
  • Own budget allocation, channel mix, audience strategy, and performance targets
  • Lead campaign planning, messaging, audience segmentation, and creative development
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing programs across audiences, creative, offers, and campaign structures
  • Own landing page strategy and conversion performance across paid channels
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Partner with web and design teams to improve user experience and lead conversion
  • Manage attribution, tracking, tagging, and analytics infrastructure
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including CPL, CPQL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to drive integrated growth initiatives



Your Experience So Far:

  • 7+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing with demonstrated business impact
  • Proven success managing and scaling paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Strong experience with CRO, experimentation, and landing page strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in B2B healthcare, medical device, SaaS, or clinical technology marketing preferred



Location and Compensation:

This is a remote role, we can consider candidates across Canada. The salary range for this role is set at $95,000-$115,000.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing with demonstrated business impact.
