Position Summary

As the Sr. Manager, Digital Product you will be responsible for providing strategic consultation and managing critical stakeholder relationships for our Over-the-Counter Health Solutions (OTCHS) digital products. You will sit at the intersection of the Technology team and the Business to ensure we are building best-in-class digital experiences for our customers. As an enthusiastic, self-led professional, you will leverage your passion for doing what’s right for our customers to deliver the right solutions to meet business and market needs.

Responsibilities

Strategically manage the end-to-end relationship with OTCHS Business stakeholders, Design, and Technology teams. You will partner with the Business to define their multi-year digital strategy, translating their business needs into scalable digital solutions, partnering with technical and design leads to define best-in-class customer experience, and lead cross-functional teams throughout the full lifecycle of solution development and delivery.

Be a digital product SME and champion for our customers as you navigate multiple cross-enterprise stakeholders and negotiate competing priorities.

Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stakeholder initiatives.

Leverage data and analytics to strategically inform discussions.

Able to effectively communicate and translate product positioning to stakeholders.

Proactively identify potential areas with highly complex or critical interdependencies and ensure the right system is in place to solve.

Core Skills:

· Proven history of collaboration and leading complex projects involving multiple cross-functional groups

· Able to synthesize input from multiple sources and provide cohesive direction and clear feature/requirement definition

· Mastery of using analytic tools, e.g., Adobe, Tableau

· Able to balance the ideal state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals in the immediate term.

· Comfortable understanding and applying data to define solutions.

· Excel at time management and able to manage multiple priorities autonomously.

· Persistent despite obstacles; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.

· Highly organized and detail oriented.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing in a digital environment. Proven history of collaboration and leading complex projects involving multiple cross-functional groups. Excels at time management and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders autonomously. Persistent despite obstacles; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.

7+ years of experience with MS Office Suite Programs.

7+ years of experience synthesizing input from multiple sources and providing cohesive direction. Comfortable understanding and applying data to define solutions. Ability to be a critical thinker and make decisions on product launches.

7+ years of Stakeholder management experience with proven ability to influence. Good business acumen and professional communication skills.

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.

3+ years of experience with collaborating and presenting in an executive environment.

Up to 10% travel annually and must be able to work east coast business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly organized and detail oriented

Critical thinker, with the ability to make decisions on product launches.

Good business acumen skills and professional communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.

Mastery with Analytic tools (i.e., Adobe, Tableau).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
