Job Responsibilities
- Education Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive North America education strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives
- Lead the annual training roadmap, including product launches, core curriculum, certifications, and skill‑building initiatives
- Identify performance and capability gaps, designing scalable education solutions to drive commercial results
- Manage, mentor, and develop education team members, including field trainers, facilitators, and content creators
- Curriculum Development & Content Creation
- Design engaging, high‑impact education content across live, virtual, and digital formats (including short‑ and long‑form video)
- Create and record product demonstrations and e‑learning modules for retail teams and retail partner beauty advisors
- Translate complex ingredient science and product benefits into compelling, client‑friendly storytelling
- Partner with Marketing to transform innovation pipelines into impactful product launch education
- Build and maintain digital learning libraries, certification programs, and masterclass‑level content
- Field & Retail Enablement
- Partner closely with Retail Leadership to elevate selling behaviors and customer experience standards
- Develop train‑the‑trainer programs to effectively scale education across regions
- Conduct in‑store visits to evaluate education effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
- Support key retail moments including launches, events, and peak selling seasons with targeted education strategies
- Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring strong brand immersion and foundational selling excellence
- Represent the brand at press, editor, influencer, and industry events, delivering compelling product education
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track KPIs to measure education impact (sell‑through, conversion, ATV, product mix)
- Analyze performance data and field feedback to refine education strategy and content
- Drive continuous improvement in training relevance, delivery, and effectiveness
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing on product launch education and campaign alignment
- Collaborate with all channel partners to ensure best‑in‑class storytelling and education execution
- Act as a trusted brand ambassador both internally and externally
- All other duties or projects as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Commercially driven education leader with a passion for luxury retail, skincare, and talent development
- 7–10+ years of experience in beauty education or training
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing education teams
- Deep knowledge of skincare, ingredients, and luxury retail selling techniques
- Strong experience designing and delivering both in‑person and digital learning programs
- Confident presenter with strong facilitation and storytelling skills; camera‑ready for live, virtual, and recorded formats
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data and field insights into action
- Highly collaborative, influential partner who leads through credibility and inspiration
