The Senior Manager of Tufin’s Enterprise Business Systems team serves as both the architect and coach behind our enterprise applications strategy—leading the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the systems that power our go-to-market, finance, procurement, and quality operations.

You will lead a global team of business analysts, system administrators, and developers responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise business applications—from requirements and design through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and long-term support

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Systems Strategy & Architecture

  • Define and own the enterprise business systems strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning GTM, finance, quality systems with company objectives and Enterprise Technology strategy.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and compliant technical ecosystems that support rapid growth and global operations
  • Champion automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process simplification to reduce manual effort and improve operational velocity.
  • Orchestrate integrations across Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Jira, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end visibility, simplifying the end-user experience
  • Define and uphold data governance, system architecture, and security standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in enterprise data.
  • Partner closely with analytics and data teams to ensure systems are optimized for reporting, forecasting, and data warehouse initiatives.
  • Design and implement a continuous improvement function for the Enterprise Business Systems team focused on eliminating work that could be automated or executed through the deployment of AI.

End-to-End Application Lifecycle Ownership

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications—from documentation and design through configuration, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Ensure high-quality system delivery through strong standards, validation practices, testing discipline, and post-launch support models.
  • Prioritize enhancements, fixes, and new capabilities based on business impact, risk, urgency, and resource availability.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between Enterprise Technology and business stakeholders across Tufin’s customer-facing and back-office teams.
  • Ability to lead / lead your team through requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design sessions—translating business needs into scalable technical solutions where appropriate.
  • Serve as functional relationship owner, ensuring systems continuously evolve with business needs.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business system analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Set clear objectives, provide coaching and technical guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support long-term career development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Delivery, Change & Adoption

  • Lead large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives with competing priorities, ensuring projects stay on track and meet milestones.
  • Drive change management, training, documentation, and communication strategies to ensure strong user adoption.
  • Ensure systems comply with internal policies, data governance standards, security requirements, and external regulations (e.g., SOX, ISO, etc.)

Who You Are…

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Systems, Revenue Operations, IT Applications, or Business Technology within SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading the implementation, configuration, development, and support of complex enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Atlassian, etc.).
  • 4+ years of people management experience, including direct reports, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed, cross-functional initiatives.

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, CPQ), iPaaS platforms (Boomi, Workato, n8n, etc.), and with ERP platforms such as NetSuite.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs/ETL, workflow automation, and enterprise data architectures.
  • Strong business analysis and product ownership skills, with experience translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on technical background (configuration and/or coding) sufficient to coach teams and guide solution design.

Leadership & Delivery Skills

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into scalable systems and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to speak both “business” and “technical.”
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong change management, documentation, and training experience.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, Salesforce, or vendor-specific credentials are a plus
