About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Product, Systems Manager & M&A Lead to join our dynamic global HR team. In this role, you will drive the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of global HR systems, while also leading the HR workstream for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

You’ll partner closely with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure our systems and processes align with business objectives, enhance employee experience, and leverage emerging trends across the HR technology landscape. This role requires a blend of strategic product management, operational excellence, and hands-on M&A integration leadership.

What You'll Do:

HR Product & Systems Management:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product roadmap for Compensation, Benefits, and other HR systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies.

  • System Design & Integration: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage integrations with HR source systems.

  • Implementation & Optimization: Lead global configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of HR systems, focusing on usability, efficiency, and adoption.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality solutions, support, and contract compliance.

  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver user training and resources to maximize effective system utilization across the organization.

HR Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, communications and systems.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, etc.) to align and execute all M&A-related deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain scalable integration playbooks and best practices to support future transactions.

  • Drive our HR playbook to include due diligence, job levelling, entity integration, delivering of employment agreements,  decision making, communications, employee meetings, and data integration into our HR systems

  • Manage HR workstream timelines, deliverables, and risk tracking in partnership with the PMO, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and IT.

  • Oversee data migration, process harmonization, and systems integration for acquired entities.

  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance automation, scalability, and compliance.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations or program/project management, ideally within a growth or transformational environment.

  • 3+ years of experience leading HR components of mergers, acquisitions, or integrations.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Systems Owner for HR technology, with focus on Compensation and Benefits systems.

  • Proficiency with Workday HCM strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and collaboration abilities, with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.

  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities.

  • High attention to detail, passion for data accuracy, and commitment to excellence.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $145,000 - $220,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
