The Pediatric and Maternal Vaccines Consumer Vertical is part of the Consumer Vaccines Franchise, which sits within Pfizer Vaccines. This Vertical includes Abrysvo (maternal), Comirnaty (pediatric), Prevnar 20 (pediatric), Penbraya (pediatric) and Trumenba (pediatric).
The Senior Manager, Pediatric and Maternal Vaccines Consumer Marketing will contribute to and operate in a fast-paced environment, supporting strategic development as well as flawlessly executing prioritized marketing strategies and tactics to grow consumer adoption across unbranded advertising efforts across one or more disease states within the Vertical. In addition, the Senior Manager will be responsible for driving Multicultural Marketing and Health Equity efforts across the Pediatric/Maternal Franchise
This position will report to the Sr. Director, Pediatric & Maternal Vaccines US Consumer Team Lead with a dotted line reporting to the Sr. Director, Multicultural Marketing & Health Equity Team Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support development of the strategic foundation across relevant disease states, including identifying synergies within the vertical that have the potential to elevate performance.
  • Own the execution of all promotional efforts, including review with leadership, optimization, RC and finalization.
  • Based on brand team aligned strategy, plan and develop robust content that will drive unbranded channels (e.g. websites & search) & other rich content (e.g. patient education, in-office materials and beyond).
  • Execute integrated consumer omni-channel plan (CRM, social media, search, display, etc) with excellence.
  • Support tactical plan development
  • Own and manage budget in partnership with budget coordinators, asset teams, and agency partners.
  • Own development of multicultural marketing tactics in support of community engagement activities.
  • Collect and leverage insights from grassroots engagements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate the impact of multicultural and health equity tactics, leverage learnings to inform strategic discussions and future refinements.
  • Ensure customer insights are at the forefront of all marketing efforts to drive maximum impact.
  • Manage all critical action items and ensure deliverables are met by date and budget, partnering with internal cross-functional colleagues (Medical, Legal, Regulatory Review Committee, CAI, Media, CMO) and agency partners
  • Embed foundational analytics capabilities (e.g. dashboards, tracking/reporting metrics and KPIs) via collaboration with analytics team and rapidly adjust engagement approach based on new insights.
  • Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance.


Basic Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate has meaningful US marketing experience, demonstrating strong decision-making skills, with a proven track record of success in working in a team-based environment, with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners.
  • BS/BA required.
  • At least 6 years of US pharmaceutical experience in marketing, sales, and/or agency side.
  • Experience in supporting strategy ideation, pulling through across full ecosystem and executing across digital as well as more traditional communication channel tactics.
  • Strong project management, coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace.
  • An absolute commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations.
  • A commitment to supporting multicultural audiences and health equity
  • A commitment to excellence - both in the results achieved and in how they are achieved.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Prior Vaccines experience helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with Pfizer processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of multicultural marketing principles and/or health equity.
  • Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to innovate and enhance plans.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and lead colleagues outside of a direct reporting relationship through influence and persuasion.
  • Agile mindset; Track record of pushing boundaries and not accepting status quo, finding ways to deliver in the face of accelerated deadlines.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
