Role Overview
Graham Windham is seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Senior Manager, People Analytics, Systems & Automation to lead the optimization of HR systems, reporting, and data strategy.
This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, functionality, and continuous improvement of the organization’s HRIS (Paycom), while transforming people data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across the organization. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in advancing data governance, reporting capabilities, and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR operations.
Partnering closely with HR leadership, Finance, and program leaders, this individual will design and deliver dashboards, analytics, and system solutions that strengthen workforce strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. HRIS Management & Systems Optimization
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Paycom
- Manage system configuration, updates, workflows, and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality
- Lead system audits and data integrity reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements
- Evaluate and implement new system features, upgrades, and integrations
2. People Analytics & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, mass changes and dashboards
- Analyze workforce data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, compensation trends) to generate actionable insights
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership decision-making
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks and metrics across HR functions
- Support organizational initiatives through data analysis and reporting
3. Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement automated workflows within HR systems
- Streamline data collection, reporting, and compliance processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery
4. Data Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain documentation of data processes and system protocols
5. Operational Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Develop, update, and maintain HR systems guides, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Ensure documentation reflects current processes, system updates, and best practices
- Train HR team members and stakeholders on system functionality and reporting tools
- Promote knowledge sharing and system adoption across the organization
6. Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Support
- Partner with HR leadership, Finance, and program teams to understand data and reporting needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR data, systems capabilities, and analytics
- Support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and organizational strategy through data insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align systems and reporting with organizational priorities
7. Operations, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key HR metrics and develop dashboards to track performance and trends
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and data accessibility
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, analytics, and operational processes
- Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in HRIS management, people analytics, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience administering Paycom or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong expertise in reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development
- Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and data integrity
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Preferred
- Experience in nonprofit, human services, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience with HR analytics tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits systems integration
- Knowledge of data governance best practices and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000
- FLSA Status: Exempt
