What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations analysis or business analysis, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment with multi-shore operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or similar client-facing reports.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding collaborator, facilitator and skilled cross-functional communicator.
  • Ability to apply AI to solve business problems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telecom technologies and service models (e.g., VoIP, broadband, wireless) is a plus.
  • Software development life cycle knowledge and related tools is a plus.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, UiPath) is a plus

Impact You'll Make:

We are seeking a tech-savvy, data driven and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating, optimizing and scaling operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role will report into our Client Services organization and work closely with product, engineering, customer success teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence within our fast-paced technology environment.

Operations Analyst for Client Services responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Analyze business operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement in our SaaS operations, including service delivery, customer usage and customer onboarding processes.
  • Analyze operational data across systems and service delivery teams to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance using data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Report on KPIs related to telecom operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve internal tooling and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
  • Develop methods and documentation of standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and process automation initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining system configurations to support accurate and efficient data ordering processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and operational standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for customer business reviews and for senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
