2.60 months experience architecting technical solutions utilizing Oracle relational database technologies.  Experience should reflect candidate’s knowledge and ability to provision for the appropriate application of Oracle options, features, configurations, and tools to meet needs identified to support computerized applications. 

Rate: ____ (7.5 is minimum, max is 10)

 

3.60 months experience participating in project system development life cycle activities to collect and organize  data and database infrastructure requirements including data modeling (logical and physical), database design, hardware/software, high availability/disaster recovery, and post implementation monitoring and troubleshooting.  

Rate: ____ (3.5 is minimum, max is 5)

 

4.60 months demonstrated experience as technical administrator of Oracle Relational databases.  Experience must include administration tasks listed in the “day to day tasks to be performed” section above and involve the use of Oracle database releases 11 and/or 10.

5. 36 months experience installing, configuring, and utilizing the Oracle Enterprise Manager product (versions 11 and/or 10) to support the administration and monitoring of Oracle databases and overall Oracle infrastructure.

6. 60 months demonstrated experience working in Unix, especially HP-UX.  This should include a solid working knowledge of operating system principles, the ability to understand and work with system/server administration staff on database and application-related issues, and strong knowledge of shell-scripting techniques to support automation of database tasks.

7. 36 months demonstrated experience provisioning and supporting OLTP and OLAP/Data Warehousing applications with the following software products and options:  Oracle stored procedures and packages, Oracle Client and Drivers, Microsoft .NET Framework,  and Oracle OWB/OBIEEE/BI products.

8. 36 months demonstrated data processing experience working in public/government sector IT applications dealing with the delivery of government assistance or entitlements.

9. 24 months demonstrated experience involved with the development and support of data interface processes between business entities of like (e.g., Oracle/Unix) or disimilar infrastructures, especially Microsoft Windows and SQL Server rdbms.
