About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager who will focus on identifying unique, customer centric ways to deepen and grow our existing partnerships. We want these partners to develop innovative products that feature and showcase X Data; the Sr. Partner Manager will play a critical role in arming partners with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell these ideas to their clients. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth and relationships with these ecosystem partners via strategic alliances, knowledge transferring, client partnering and ideation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic and accountable liaison between our partners and the X Developer Platform team to help partners develop and build first class solutions
  • Build strong, executive relationships with partners and develop understanding of partner products, business lines, and key objectives
  • Grow X’s revenue through identifying and executing initiatives that are mutually beneficial for our partners and for X. Negotiate large, complex commercial and legal agreements & renewals
  • Develop and maintain a thorough partnership plan documenting partners’ strategic priorities, opportunities, challenges, and internal roadmaps Identify, prioritize, and garner cross-functional resources to accomplish partnership goals
  • Create robust frameworks for Strategic Alliances and Channel Partnership programs
  • Ensure Healthy Partner Usage of X APIs Maintain deep knowledge of full API suite and roadmap (Self Serve APIs & Enterprise APIs) and how it can add value to customer products, business lines, and key objectives
  • Consult about use and consumption of X data, visualizations and other ways to display real-time X activity within partner’s environments
  • Ensure that partners’ voices, opinions, ideas and feedback are being conveyed back to X and its Marketing and Product Development teams.

  • Ability to understand partners’ and X's business goals and align around mutual success metrics

  • Eloquent and confident speaker with senior executives, salespeople and product managers
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build internal networks to accomplish goals through collaboration with resources across teams
  • Can balance the need for quick turnaround with longer-term strategic efforts Comfortable with a fast-paced, frequently changing, start-up environment Alignment to X’s new vision and core values
  • The willingness and flexibility to travel
  • Work from office 5/5 days of the week

Annual Salary Range

$142,000 - $200,000 USD
