Job Description
The Senior Product Analyst will play a role in the implementation of special projects and cross platform initiatives for corporate core systems by performing requirements gathering, assisting with user story development, cutover planning/Product deployment management, and environment strategy. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional/technical areas.
Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong network of collaboration with cross-functional peers, vendors, and program management in to order to effectively manage day-to-day support of ongoing operations and special projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and functional requirements
  • Develop user stories to enable development, configuration and test script creation
  • Manage the deployment of Process Mining technology across functional areas
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to develop integrations for the management of external workforce across the NBCU enterprise
  • Collaborate across Product & Engineering stakeholders to assist with Environment Strategy for S/4 transformation
  • Collaborate with UI/UX team to develop a standard user interface across Corporate Core platforms
  • Collaborate across Product & Engineering to develop cutover plans for Corporate Core projects and programs
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication.
  • Good team player who can collaborate with the Business and IT teams to bridge any gaps from requirement understanding, identifying risks and recommend mitigation strategies that impact the overall quality of the implementation.


Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent
  • 8+ years of related professional or technical experience
  • Intermediate experience with SAP Fieldglass
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP integrations.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills
  • Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT
  • Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
  • Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Adherence to IT project methodologies, and change control processes
  • Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment
  • Strong / effective influencing skills
  • Strong / effective problem-solving skills
  • Conceptual to detailed thinking skills
  • Quick learner capable of understanding new information, grasping concepts at a rapid pace
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally, and tailor to audience to achieve desired results
  • Candidate should be an active learner that is detail oriented and a proven self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, problem solve, work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, and complete work timely and accurately


Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with an SAP S4 HANA implementation
  • Experience with SAP Signavio


Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
