The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager for our Communications team to define and execute the strategy for our critical telehealth and secure messaging workstreams. You'll be instrumental in enhancing the core SimplePractice experience by identifying opportunities to improve how our customers connect with their clients, ensuring these communication tools are seamless, secure, and compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Own the vision and roadmap for SimplePractice's telehealth and secure messaging capabilities. You'll drive the why behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to success
  • Deeply understand the unique telehealth and secure messaging needs of group practices. You’ll use this understanding to define our strategy for providing and enhancing these critical features, delivering the business case for mutually beneficial solutions (for customers and our business) to defining new user experiences that seamlessly integrate high-quality video and secure, compliant communication within the SimplePractice platform
  • Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify emerging trends in technology, opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and adding customer value
  • Deeply understand customers, their needs, and ensure products deliver exceptional value
  • Champion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality
  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quickly
  • Closely monitor product performance through key metrics, analytics, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience including strategic product vision and zero to one product development
  • A proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • A passionate advocate for your product with an infectious enthusiasm for building something truly remarkable to surprise and delight customers
Base Compensation Range

$130,000 - $162,500 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
