We’re seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to lead core components of our security pipeline. With responsibility for sensors, connectors, parsing, and enrichment, this role blends deep technical judgement with strategic product leadership, shaping how data is ingested, transformed, enriched, and delivered across the platform. You will define long-term vision, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure our data pipeline is scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting high-impact product experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is adept at balancing user needs with business objectives, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional, polished products.

You will also be working and supporting key features of Stellar Cyber's Autonomous SOC vision including AI Agentic framework and key automation directions.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for our end-to-end data pipeline, aligning them with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and directly interact with customers and prospects to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and develop key Autonomous SOC features

Technical Leadership

  • Understand and help shape architectural decisions across ingestion systems, parsing and enrichment layers, and pipeline orchestration.
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate trade-offs in reliability, performance, schema design, and extensibility.
  • Anticipate edge cases and system bottlenecks across high-volume, heterogeneous data sources.

Stakeholder and Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with customers and partners to understand integration requirements, data semantics, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal data consumers to ensure the pipeline delivers high-fidelity, well-structured data sets that enable and enhance their features.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for platform data flows and integration ecosystems.

Execution and Delivery

  • Clearly define detailed product specs, success metrics, and release plans for features spanning ingestion and processing layers.
  • Prioritize roadmap items using data, customer insights, and technical constraints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of combined experience across Product Management and/or Engineering disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms, ingestion systems, ETL/ELT pipelines, and/or integration frameworks.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, schema design, data modeling, distributed systems, and pipeline orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of core networking and endpoint telemetry concepts, including the OSI model, packets, common network protocols, and host-level logging tools such as Sysmon and auditd.
  • Experience with large-scale data ingestion architectures, connector ecosystems, or developer-facing platforms.
  • Familiarity with queueing systems, stream processing, and modern data stack tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex platform initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Cybersecurity Industry experience strongly preferred
