Your main responsibilities include:
- Defining and communicating clear regional maps and services product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market needs.
- Determining build versus buy versus partner strategies for specific countries, including understanding of local partnerships and/or supplier landscape and business case generation.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive maps and services integrated product road map, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demands.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior management, engineering, program management, regional product management, and strategic sourcing, regarding roadmap priorities.
- Prioritizing product features, enhancements, and improvements based on market input, research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Monitoring product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize product quality and cost.
- Championing the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are incorporated into product decisions.
Who are you?
You will find success in this role if you possess the following qualifications, skills, competencies and experience
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, business or related fields.
- Significant (10+ years) work experience in Product Management or a related field (Program Management, Product Marketing), with a proven track-record of delivering products and services. Automotive experience a plus.
- Strong product management skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead in the face of complex technical challenges.
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills ( in English and Korean), coupled with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to reduce complex problems and requirements into implementable solutions
- Ability to lead in ambiguous/dynamic situations, and communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills, ability to drive and maintain focus
- Ability to work within a complex, matrixed environment, and have a proven ability to influence and drive decisions through "dotted line" relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Financial / Business Modelling
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Travel - Must be able to travel (~10%) and on short notice
