Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst/Revenue Operations Manager

This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA.

Raintree, the leading provider of efficiency tools and engagement features for healthcare providers in physical and occupational therapy, is looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst/Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Business Operations team. 

 

This position will be responsible for assisting sales, marketing, and operations leadership in maximizing revenue through optimization of processes, data-driven insights, and technology. They will collaborate closely with key stakeholders on business initiatives, remove silos between teams, and provide key day-to-day operational support. 

 

This is a dynamic business improvement role. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, business and technical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and be comfortable managing and prioritizing a variety of projects.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Build relationships with sales, marketing, and other functions to understand business needs and challenges, and collaborate to ensure consistent messaging, smooth handoffs, and attainment of shared goals. 
    • Act as the voice of sales in cross-functional initiatives, including product commercialization, ensuring excellence in executing on related operational needs.
  • Process Optimization: 
    • Design and implement standardized, efficient workflows for the customer lifecycle, including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, etc.
    • Proactively audit processes, systems, and data to ensure a high level of quality and effectiveness throughout the sales function
    • Manage business improvement projects end-to-end in line with Raintree’s go-to-market approach and data-driven insights.
    • Collaborate with the business systems team to design, test, implement, and optimize Raintree’s best-in-class revenue tech stack, and support adoption by sales.
  • Data Analysis & Governance: 
    • Creation and maintenance of sales, marketing, and revenue-related reporting and dashboards in the CRM and/or BI platform. 
    • Analyze metrics to provide insights into revenue, sales funnel effectiveness, and KPIs for executives. 
    • Maintain high data quality within systems, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights. 
  • Sales Support
    • Act as subject matter expert on Raintree processes, data, and revenue systems, and hold ownership of resolving related inquiries from salespeople and other Rainees.
    • Support deal desk functions by enabling reps on pricing and contract generation tooling, and providing related Tier 1 support. 
    • Provide tools, training, and documentation to support sales team efficiency and self-sufficiency. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Proficiencies and Requirements:

  • 3-6 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a related function 
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM required; proficiency with other revenue technologies preferred (Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, Gainsight, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes and related data;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Pigment, or Tableau for analysis
  • Excellent verbal & written interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
