The Senior Sales Development Representative will execute high-volume outbound efforts to build pipeline in enterprise accounts and engage C-suite stakeholders, ensuring thorough CRM management and achieving targets.
Description
We are looking for a Senior SDR who has mastered the craft of outbound. You know how to get into accounts that do not want to be sold to. You are relentless, strategic, and sharp, and you have the track record to prove it.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your pipeline directly fuels company growth. You will own top-of-funnel outbound for enterprise accounts, working closely with Account Executives and marketing to open doors at the C-suite level.
What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound motions using sequencing, calling and LinkedIn to build pipeline in enterprise accounts
- Conduct strategic outreach to enterprise personas, including crafting targeted call scripts and messaging frameworks tailored to C-suite pain points and business priorities
- Own and strategically work through your assigned high-value accounts, prospect and qualify C-suite buyers at large organizations
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurately log activity, pipeline status, and deal context
- Hit and exceed monthly meeting-held and pipeline-generated targets
- 3+ years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Demonstrated expertise in cold calling: comfortable making 50+ calls a day, handling objections, and booking meetings with C-suite stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with email sequencing and lead data enrichment tools
- Proven track record opening enterprise accounts at the C-suite level
- Salesforce experience required
- A systematic, data-driven approach to prospecting: you test, measure, and iterate
- Sharp written communication with the ability to craft concise, compelling outreach
- Team player, adaptive and collaborative
