About the Role:
As a Sr. Salesforce Engineer within our Go-to-Market Applications team, you will be a driver of CrowdStrike's growth over the next year and beyond. This role is specifically within the Core Tech, Go-To-Market IT Apps team, which consists of Architects, Development Engineers, QA Engineers, BSAs, and Product Owners working to deliver highly reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure and automation services, ensuring seamless releases and operations across GTM applications to accelerate business velocity and operational excellence. As a Sr. Salesforce Engineer, you will take ownership of product quality in Core Tech solutions for CrowdStrike, which includes:
Collaborating with Business and IT teams to achieve project and requirement goals
Developing Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce to customize Salesforce as needed
Building, supporting, and modernizing Salesforce integrations, including next-gen platform experiences (Slack App, Agentic), while retiring legacy integrations
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues on a case-by-case basis, serving as L3
Advocating for Salesforce best practices in coding and configuration, applying and documenting them for the wider development teams at CrowdStrike
Actively participating in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and design sessions, adhering to Agile best practices, including capturing appropriate story points for effort estimation
Adhering to deployment best practices by following the established CI/CD process and providing timely suggestions for improvements
Monitoring org performance and the end-to-end e-commerce process to identify optimization opportunities
What You'll Need:
7+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications
2+ years in Quote-to-Cash implementations for Enterprise organizations, in Consulting or in-house IT roles
Salesforce certifications (App Builder, PD1)
Bonus Points:
Experience building GTM solutions in Salesforce
Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Copado experience
Salesforce Certification (PD2, Agentforce & Data Cloud)
