As a Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect I, you’ll serve as the primary technical leader for complex Salesforce programs, responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of secure, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, security, and integration, with a proven track record supporting technical solutions development and modernization initiatives. The Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide Agile program delivery, and ensure compliance with federal security and operational standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with program requirements and best practices.
  • Architect and oversee the migration of legacy applications to modern Salesforce platforms, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and maintain secure, scalable data models and integration patterns to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce security models, including data access controls, permissions, and compliance with federal security frameworks.
  • Guide full lifecycle Agile program management, including planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Support and mentor cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Oversee release management, source control, and deployment processes for efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing technical guidance, status updates, and recommendations.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, applying strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, security enhancements, and emerging technologies relevant to program needs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 6+ years of experience, with at least four (4) years supporting complex Salesforce projects and programs, preferably on technical solutions development projects and Salesforce programs
  • Ability to obtain a CBP Background Investigation upon onboarding.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including data access controls and permissions.
  • Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management in Salesforce
  • Experience delivering solutions to production and/or migrating legacy applications to new modern platforms including Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to design efficient and scalable data models within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in integration patterns and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and design effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with release management, source control, and deployment technologies for efficient software delivery.

SALARY RANGE: $128,000 - $133,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
