Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works with all project resources (vendors and internal IT/Test/business areas) to ensure proper resources are in place to provide effective and quality support for your project/teams
• Facilitates necessary internal and external meetings and prepare necessary status reports to ensure program tasks are completed in a timely fashion
• Prepares, maintains and presents team and executive level reports (burndown, issue tracking, backlog)
• Educates and facilitates teams for all Scrum/SAFe rituals

THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB:
• Must be a Strong/Authoritative Scrum Master who has worked on multiple projects including blended teams of clients, third party solution vendors, testing vendors, etc.
• 5+ years of proven experience in the discipline of project/program management.
• At least 2 years in a Scrum/Agile/SAFe methodology
• Experience implementing agile projects for pension processing, financial transaction or similar enterprise solution technology systems
• Excellent oral/written communication skills with ability to create and present senior level communications including Technical Writing skills.
• Configuration/administration of MS SharePoint Collaboration Site
• MS Team Foundation Server or similar Scrum tracking tools
• Time management and organizational skills along with relationship management skills with ability to effectively assess and manage multiple concurrent tasks of varying priority.
• Requirement gathering/analysis skills
• Hands-on software development or administration
• Influencing skills that leverage motivations of others to accomplish individual and project team objectives, including executive management and other high level resources
• Ability to foster good working relationships with others based on shared goals
• Effective problem solving and escalation skills
• Innovative thinking that leads to solutions to project-related issues that meet the needs of the firm, their members, and stakeholders
• Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology or business related field
