Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of a software development team to design and implement rapid prototypes for a broad range of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), sensor exploitation, tracking, and Command and Control (C2) challenges
- Support customer demonstrations, integration events, and field experiments
- Lead tasking of yourself and other developers including decomposing high-level tasks into smaller more manageable issues/tasks
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, readily adapt to change, and respond to quick turn-around requests
- Support customer meetings, demonstrations, or other externally facing activities

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or science field with 4+ years of relevant professional experience OR an advanced degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience
- Capable of leading a small team of software and test engineers including managing tasks and schedule
- Understanding multiple system interactions and the ability to investigate and diagnose issues across multiple applications
- Experienced developer with strong coding, debugging, design and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in programming languages, e.g. Java, C++, Rust
- Experience using collaborative source code management (Git, Subversion), Agile Development, and DevSecOps
- Experience with Windows and Linux Development Environments
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active Secret Clearance, able to get TS/SCI Clearance
- Familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud native technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Harbor, Helm
- Real-time or time critical processing pipelines
- UI/UX design and development including GIS
- Data analysis and performance evaluation
- Space, air, and/or ground systems
- Modeling & simulation (M&S)
- Command and control (C2)
- Tracking and estimation methodologies
