Role: Senior Solutions Architect

What you will be doing:

• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectives
• Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries
• Technical Strategy Development: Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements
• Architecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practices
• Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps

What we are Looking for:

• DoD SECRET Clearance
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting the Department of Defense 
• Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions
• Demonstrated thought leadership, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently

What are our Preferred requirements:

• Prior Land, Sea, Air Maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience in Readiness domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, and or Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures.
• Knowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environments.
• DoD TOP SECRET Clearance.

Salary range:  $150,000 - $300,000, plus incentive pay
