The Sr. Specialist of Lifecycle Marketing is a key contributor to the growth and success of Santander Bank by developing and executing strategies that nurture a customer throughout their entire journey with Santander. This individual will focus on designing personalized experiences at each stage (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention) via multiple owned digital channels including email, SMS, push and in app messaging to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.

As the Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Use data analytics and customer behavior insights, to identify customer needs at various stages of the lifecycle and develop targeted comms strategies tailored by segment
  • Design and create visualizations of customer comms journeys to map out how comms will reach customers with the right messaging at various touchpoints
  • Design and execute personalized comms plans for each customer segment via various digital channels, including: email, SMS, push and in-app messages
  • Design onboarding journeys that provide a seamless customer experience ensuring that customers understand the value of their product and encourages early engagement
  • Using customer analytics to develop retention strategies aimed at reducing churn and deepening customer engagement
  • Working with the data and analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and track KPIs (ie. Acquisition targets, customer lifetime value etc) to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Create a comprehensive test-learn-optimize roadmap for the CRM channels
  • Partner closely with other channel owners in the CRM team to assess cohesive communication strategy across outbound and inbound channels.
  • Work with agency to create best in class creative
  • Understand the MarTech stack and how to optimize usage of the various tools to create best in class campaigns

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Marketing, Business, Communications,
Master's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, Web/Graphic Design or equivalent field Pref
Work Experience:
3+ Years Digital Marketing or related experience required. Req
Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape with an emphasis on tagging best practices.
  • Experience with defining digital analytics strategy and taxonomy for data collection.
  • Proficient in conversion data identification and collection and use of the same in creating conversion funnels.
  • Proven experience in vendor relationships.
  • Experience with email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$58,125.00 USD

Maximum:

$100,000.00 USD
