The Impact of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM at Coupa:
As a Senior Talent Partner – Sales, you will have a direct impact on Coupa’s growth by recruiting top-tier sales talent, including Mid-Market Account Executives, Enterprise Account Directors, RVPs/AVPs, Sales Revenue Operations, and Solution Consultants. You will strengthen the TA team’s capability to build high-quality sales pipelines, enable customer growth, and secure enterprise new business. Your work will influence the scale, productivity, and effectiveness of Coupa’s go-to-market organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic enterprise and mid-market sales roles across North America, including Canada and LATAM
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Mid-Market AEs, Enterprise Account Directors, RVPs/AVPs, Sales RevOps, and Solution Consulting roles
- Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to understand hiring priorities, territories, and capacity plans
- Build deep, targeted talent pipelines and conduct structured interviews to assess enterprise selling skills and leadership impact
- Maintain rigorous process discipline across pipelines, reporting, forecasting, and compliance
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience to candidates and hiring partners from first touch to offer
- Build and maintain deep talent pipelines for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs aligned with business growth
- Execute structured, high-quality interviews to assess sales skills, leadership impact, and track record of quota achievement
- Manage multiple searches with rigor, applying process-driven discipline in pipelines, reporting, and forecasts
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5–15 years of experience recruiting in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies, with deep expertise in quota-carrying sales roles across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing for GTM.
- Exceptional sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert top sales talent in competitive markets, including passive candidates
- Highly process-driven, extremely organized, and able to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy.
- Strong ability to assess enterprise sales competencies, quota attainment history, leadership potential, and ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, capable of partnering with Sales leadership to advise on hiring strategy, provide market intelligence, and deliver a seamless candidate experience
- Data-informed approach to recruiting with the ability to track metrics, analyze trends, and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
The estimated pay range for this role is $128,000 - $166,500
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
