As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be a strategic talent partner, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering and product talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, market mapping, and candidate engagement will be instrumental in scaling our technical teams and driving hiring success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience, with a proven ability to source, engage, and hire top-tier engineering and product talent.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic hiring decisions.
- Expertise in talent strategy, market mapping, and proactive pipeline development to meet both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
- Proven ability to consult and influence hiring teams by providing data-driven insights, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other critical technical roles through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, professional networks, referrals, and outbound sourcing).
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Lever, Ashby, Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools to track metrics, optimize processes, and enhance candidate experience.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills – able to effectively engage candidates, build rapport, and articulate value propositions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Data-driven mindset – leverages recruiting analytics to improve efficiency, optimize sourcing strategies, and report on hiring progress.

About the Role
- Partner with the HMBL Talent team and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and understand role requirements.
- Proactively source, engage, and vet highly qualified engineering and product candidates using various tools and techniques.
- Manage candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Clearly communicate role expectations, company opportunities, and interview process updates to candidates.
- Maintain and continuously update the talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
