Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape intuitive and impactful user experiences across our SaaS products. The ideal candidate is a curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design and a proven ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver experiences that empower engineers worldwide to innovate faster and smarter.
Responsibilities• User Research & Discovery: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.• Experience Design: Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs that improve usability and drive adoption of Accuris products.• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business and user goals.• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain Accuris' design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all digital products.• Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for usability and accessibility in all phases of product development.• Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.• 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries.• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and solutions for complex digital products.• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figma Make.• Familiarity with engineering workflows, PLM platforms, or related tools is a plus.• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.• Comfortable working in an agile environment and iterating quickly on feedback.
