We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. You’ll be the go-to person for our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring everything from vendor payments to month-end close runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Own:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
- AP & AR Management: Oversee the entire billing and collections process and ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
- NetSuite Power User: Navigate and maintain our records within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across all modules.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and other internal reports.
- Compliance: Support audit requests and ensure all financial activities align with GAAP.
- Automation: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive accounting workflows.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close.
- High proficiency in NetSuite is required, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) are a must.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and the full accounting cycle.
- You’re organized, deadline-driven, and able to switch gears between high-level analysis and granular data entry.

Compensation:
- $85,000 - $95,000 annually, plus options
