Job Summary & Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, eager Analyst to join our Finance/Accounting team. This role focuses on Chargeback analysis and will be responsible for other ad hoc analysis assignments

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process chargebacks
  • Coordination with other departments (Sales, AP, division presidents)
  • Ensure documentation for is compliant with internal control
  • Prepare schedule of open chargebacks and current status and/or challenges
  • Ad Hoc Analysis
  • Timely monthly general ledger closing, including posting of journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Prepare workpapers and other documents to support internal and external audits

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in Excel, SAP experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, phone and in person
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic and detail oriented
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting targets and deadlines
  • Must be able to adapt to changing in process or deadlines
  • CPA a plus

Salary Range is $65,000-$75,000
