CIO Strategy & Transformation
This role sits within the CIO Strategy & Transformation organization and partners closely with Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, Sustainability, Legal, People, Go-To-Market, Finance & Accounting, and other enterprise teams. The team focuses on identifying high-value problems and delivering scalable, industry-leading AI agents that materially improve how CoreWeave operates.
About the Role:The AI Growth Product Manager, Agents will own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of AI agents that power CoreWeave’s internal teams and workflows. On a day-to-day basis, you will identify high-impact use cases, design and launch agents, and continuously iterate based on data and user feedback. You will define how agents are sourced, built, evaluated, and scaled—whether developed in-house or with external vendors. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, engineering, and IT to deliver agents that integrate deeply with enterprise systems and drive measurable business outcomes.
Who You Are:5–8 years of product management or closely related experience, including hands-on work with AI-, ML-, or automation-powered products
Proven experience taking AI or data-driven products from concept to launch and driving adoption across multiple teams or functions
Working knowledge of GenAI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, prompt design, evaluation) and experience with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, Glean, Perplexity, or similar
Experience defining and owning product roadmaps with measurable outcomes (e.g., time saved, risk reduced, decision quality improved)
Demonstrated ability to design and run experimentation frameworks, pilots, and A/B tests, using data to inform scale, iteration, or retirement decisions
Experience integrating products with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, DCIM, ticketing, or data platforms) and partnering closely with engineering teams
Strong metrics orientation, with experience defining and tracking KPIs such as activation, adoption, engagement, task success, and business impact
Experience building or scaling internal copilots or AI agents in an enterprise environment
Exposure to AI compliance, security, governance, and human-in-the-loop supervision models

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000.The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
