The Staff Coordinator maintains staffing plans, collaborates on daily staffing needs, processes payroll data, and updates vendor rosters.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a master staffing plan for each unit.
- Works collaboratively to ensure appropriate daily staffing including reallocating staff to units as census and acuity
- Maintain staffing pattern of attendance and processes personal time off.
- Acts as a backup for the processing of the payroll data such as staff transfers, wage changes, hours worked, etc.
- Follows up and maintains an up-to-date roster of vendor services licensure and certificate for all C.N.A., LPNs, RNs, and HHAs.
Qualifications:
- Clerical experience required
Education:
- High School diploma or GED; College level education preferred
$30.2197 per hour
