About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

Our Events pod is part of the broader Creative and Marketing org, and plays a critical role in shaping some of our most high-impact marketing moments. We produce tentpole events like Hood Summit, Gold Event, and Crypto Event—each designed to engage our community, elevate our brand, and communicate key company narratives.

These aren’t just events—they’re high-visibility platforms where company strategy and brand storytelling converge. They regularly involve our most senior leaders, including the CEO, and demand an exceptional level of creative craft, operational rigor, and attention to detail.

The Events pod functions as a nimble, cross-disciplinary group made up of dedicated creatives, working in close partnership with Program Managers, Product Marketing, and the Events lead. This role is embedded within that team as the creative production lead—responsible for driving execution across every phase of the process, from pre-production through post-event wrap, and ensuring the work is delivered on time, on brand, and at a consistently high bar.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

As the Producer, you’ll be the central point of coordination across the entire creative production process for our events—from the earliest planning stages through on-site execution and post-event wrap. You’ll bring structure, foresight, and a strong sense of ownership to the work, managing internal workflows and external partner contributions alike.

You will:

  • Build and maintain detailed workback schedules, creative trackers, and approval flows
  • Lead day-to-day creative production and timelines across all event deliverables (including GTM campaigns, Keynote decks, event branding, signage, and more)
  • Own daily communications and weekly status updates across Creative, Marketing, and the broader Events team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MPMs, Legal, PMMs, Comms, and Exec leadership
  • Act as the main Creative point of contact for external vendors—this includes agencies that help define the event’s look and feel, production vendors handling on-site execution, and partners crafting presentation materials like Keynote slides
  • Help systematize how we produce events, capturing learnings and building operational playbooks that scale
  • Create hot sheets, note recaps, and tools that help the team stay aligned and anticipate what’s coming next
  • Stay three steps ahead—flagging risks early, solving proactively, and keeping all workstreams on track
What you bring
  • 7+ years of experience in creative production or project management, ideally with a focus on live events or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage high-visibility work with senior stakeholders, including C-level
  • Deep experience working with creative teams (designers, writers, motion) and understanding how to support their process
  • Comfortable owning communication across many workstreams and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors
  • Extremely organized, clear communicator, and calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Frame.io, G Suite, and Slack
  • A love for making order out of chaos—and helping teams do their best work
What we offer
  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Best-in-class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Lifestyle wallet — a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
