We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to help define, build, and optimize the infrastructure and development tools that are critical to developing our chips. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive at the intersection of IT, EDA flows, and automation.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, Ottawa, Boston, or Austin.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.


Who You Are
  • A Linux expert passionate about automation and process optimization.
  • Skilled in scripting (Python, Tcl, Bash) and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
  • Curious about EDA tools and infrastructure (LSF, Modules, SQL, FlexLM).

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
