Staff Full Stack Engineer ($300k - $500k salary)

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling cutting-edge platforms at forefront of crypto and social finance. You’ll work across the entire stack, delivering high-performance, user-centric applications in an environment where speed, ownership, and innovation are paramount.

• Architect, build, and ship high-performance solutions at speed, contributing directly to the growth of the world’s largest crypto social network

• Work across the stack, from backend infrastructure to frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless and scalable user experiences

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features, balancing speed with quality in a fast-moving environment

• Solve complex technical challenges in a space where innovation and efficiency are the upmost priority

• Collaborate closely with a world-class team of engineers, designers, and product leaders to push boundaries and redefine what’s possible

• Take full ownership of your work, from initial concept to production deployment

• A skilled full stack engineer with deep experience in web application development, including technologies like TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js

• Passionate about building high-performance, scalable platforms that enable real-time user interactions

• Familiar with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain technologies (or eager to dive in)

• A problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, quickly breaking down challenges and executing solutions

• High-agency and ownership-driven, capable of leading features end-to-end with minimal guidance
