US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls.
We’re getting there by empowering customers. All three major networks on one phone and one plan, plus home internet from Starlink. No lock-in. No commitments. Custom fit plans at every price point. 24/7 customer support with real people, empowered to help. We get real-time feedback from Reddit, surveys, and customer support informing product roadmaps and everything we do. It’s working — Consumer Reports named us the top-rated mobile carrier two years in a row.*

And we’re building innovative systems that scale. A network agnostic tech stack. Agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This work isn’t for everyone. If you work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively — without compromising standards — we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

This is a Staff or Principal level Product Manager role with end-to-end ownership of Devices & and our digital shopping Marketplace, including defining what best-in-class digital shopping looks like for the next generation of connected consumers. You'll set the bar for how connectivity devices are discovered, evaluated, and purchased online, then back it with the operational infrastructure to deliver: inventory, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and everything in between.

You'll own adjacent programs too, protection, trade-ins, upgrades, and financing, and be responsible for the full arc from 0-to-1 design through scaled operations. This is a business-critical surface with direct impact on conversion, revenue, and retention and a true growth lever for the Company.

You'll work closely with the leadership team to set direction, and partner across Growth, Operations, and Engineering to bring it to life. Success in this role requires strong judgment, a bias for action, and the ability to drive clarity and outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.

We expect PMs to operate with a high degree of ownership. That means making principled decisions with imperfect information, aligning teams around clear direction, and holding a high bar for execution and results.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and own the multi-year roadmap for Devices & eCommerce Marketplace, setting strategy, aligning stakeholders, and translating vision into shipped products.
  • Lead device-adjacent programs including protection plans, trade-ins, financing, and upgrade cycles — from 0-to-1 design through scaled operations.
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing to design device promotions, launch experiments, and drive conversion improvements across the acquisition funnel.
  • Drive revenue, conversion, and margin through rigorous data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous iteration.
  • Build logistics and fulfillment capabilities — working across engineering and operations to handle inventory, order management, and reverse logistics at scale.
  • Define and evolve the supplier and partner ecosystem, including negotiating with OEMs, distributors, and third-party service providers.
  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Operations to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
  • Operate as a force multiplier for your teams — removing blockers, making hard calls, and keeping execution on track.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level IC role with meaningful scope and ownership.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping high-impact products end-to-end
  • Deep experience in digital shopping, marketplace, eCommerce, or leading consumer tech platforms.
  • Strong analytics and data-driven decision making experience
  • Growth and experimentation background; you've designed and shipped A/B tests, conversion experiments, or monetization changes.
  • Experience negotiating with hardware vendors, OEMs, or commercial partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

How we Work:

PMs at US Mobile are strategic builders, cross-functional leaders and hands-on owners. You'll be expected to get deep and zoom out just as fast to communicate strategy to leadership. We move quickly, we hold high bars, and we care deeply about our Customers.

We're a fast-paced, highly collaborative, fun environment packed with highly motivated teammates.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $175,000 – $215,000 base salary (NYC-based, commensurate with experience)
  • Equity participation
  • Free cellular service — every US Mobile plan, on the best networks in the country
  • Free lunch daily in our NYC office + fully stocked kitchen
  • Monthly gym reimbursement and Omnycard reimbursement
  • Flexible hours within a hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in-office)
