What You’ll Do:

CoreWeave is building a modern, AI-first enterprise stack that powers the full employee and partner lifecycle. We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, People Tech and Legal to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our People technology platforms (HRIS, Talent, People Ops) and Legal systems.

About the role:

This role will lead product management across systems that serve our employees, candidates, HR and People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams. You will be the connective tissue between People, Legal, IT, Security, and Finance — designing and shipping platforms, workflows, and automations that are delightful, compliant, and highly efficient.

We are looking for a strategic thinker, structured problem solver, fast mover, thoughtful risk taker, and deeply customer-obsessed product leader who can operate at both architecture and execution levels.

  • Deliver a unified “hire-to-retire and contract lifecycle” experience that reduces friction and manual work for employees, candidates, managers, HR and People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Legal stakeholders.
  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for our People Tech and Legal systems ecosystem, spanning HRIS, ATS, performance and engagement tools, learning platforms, compensation, employee relations tooling, and CLM and Legal platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery for People Tech and Legal systems, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Use automation, integrations, and GenAI-driven workflows to transform processes such as recruiting, onboarding, internal mobility, performance cycles, policy and document management, and contract review, approvals, and renewals.
  • Establish and own clear product metrics (for example SLA adherence, time-to-hire, time-to-onboard, cycle time for contract workflows, data quality, and control health) and run the roadmap to move those metrics in meaningful ways.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Finance to embed pragmatic controls into systems and workflows, ensuring People and Legal platforms support SOX, SOC 2, privacy, and regulatory requirements while still enabling high-velocity operations.
  • Act as the principal product partner for People and Legal leadership, influencing how we scale our operating models, controls, and user experience as the company grows, and setting standards other product areas rely on.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of complex enterprise platforms in People and HR technology, Talent, or Legal and CLM systems.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-system product areas that span HR, Legal, IT, Security, and Finance, with a track record of delivering high-impact, multi-quarter roadmaps.
  • Deep familiarity with core People Tech domains (HRIS, ATS, performance and engagement, learning, compensation, employee data models) and Legal and CLM workflows (contract templates, approvals, playbooks, metadata, obligations).
  • Strong technical acumen, including comfort with data models, APIs and REST, events, and integration patterns, and demonstrated success partnering with engineering, integrations, and data teams to design scalable, observable platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thinker and fast mover: skilled at framing ambiguous problems, making tradeoffs, and shipping iteratively, with a willingness to take calculated risks while managing control and compliance implications.
  • Clear track record of customer obsession with internal users, including running discovery with employees, candidates, HR and TA, and Legal stakeholders, and using qualitative and quantitative insights to shape roadmap and design decisions.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments where systems, processes, and organizational structures are evolving rapidly, and an ability to bring structure without slowing the business down.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex system and policy constraints into clear product narratives and decisions for executives, practitioners, and technical partners.
  • Ability to operate at a principal level, setting strategy, narrative, and standards for a company-critical multi-system domain, and influencing priorities across CIO, People, and Legal leadership.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, Ironclad, and modern integration and automation tools such as Workato.
  • Experience designing or deploying GenAI-augmented internal workflows, such as AI-assisted contract review, HR or manager guidance, knowledge search, or workflow orchestration in People and Legal contexts.
  • Background collaborating closely with Corporate Legal, Employment Legal, and Compliance on policies, contracting, data privacy, and regulatory requirements, including support for audits and evidence collection.
  • Prior experience in cloud, data center, or AI-focused companies where speed, security, and regulatory expectations are all high, and familiarity with how People and Legal systems support those environments.
  • Experience mentoring other product managers and raising the bar on product thinking, discovery, and execution quality across adjacent domains.
