Location: Waterloo, Ontario; Remote US (ET preferred)

A quick snapshot… As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with domain product managers and the AI Stack product manager to deliver intelligent, high-value solutions in multiple product domains. You’ll translate customer needs and market opportunities into ROI-driven roadmaps, and guide initiatives from discovery to launch and adoption. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of operations and outcomes for a portfolio of AI-enables solutions. Your work ensures that Conga’s AI investments create measurable business outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.

Why it’s a big deal…   Partner closely with domain product managers and the AI Stack product manager to identify opportunities where the AI platform can power new solutions. You will help shape the next decade of enterprise AI by building new capabilities and agentic experiences. This is an opportunity to shape AI-enabled solutions that will redefine how our customers work and succeed.

Here’s what we’re looking for…

Related experience. You have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS and AI platforms. You bring 7+ years of product management experience, where you have managed or build AI/ML enhanced products or features. You have demonstrated success in building scalable platform strategies that drive downstream product innovation. You have a deep understanding of agentic AI/ML technologies and how to leverage an internal AI platform to create differentiated customer value. You should also be highly familiar with SaaS market dynamics and integration strategies (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft), and able to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous environments while anticipating competitive and technology shifts.

Additional expertise. You will combine strategic vision with operational execution. You’re able to:

· Translate long-term product vision into practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

· Apply strong fundamentals in product management—market analysis, requirements definition, and lifecycle management.

· Communicate complex ideas with clarity, influencing executives and cross-functional partners alike.

· Drive data-informed decision making by defining, tracking, and acting on meaningful success metrics.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. Your strong listening skills foster connections with clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.

Here’s what will give you an edge…

Industry expertise. Let’s face it, understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running.
