As Staff Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building, architecting, and scaling cloud agnostic platform components.

You have a minimum of Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience creating scalable and reliable .net applications in AWS; performing Docker deployments to AWS cloud services including Lambda, Kubernetes, EC2, and ECS; implementing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins with blue/green deployments to enable zero-downtime releases; planning, coordinating, and monitoring the architecture, design, and development of reports; providing software solutions and designs, making development decisions, implementing products, and coordinating postimplementation events including testing; coordinating user acceptance testing of final software development deliverables, including debugging and modifying software; architecting, designing, developing and testing software components including Microsoft.Net, Web APISs, and C#; utilizing AWS and Azure services including S3, EC2, Kubernetes, Lambda, SNS, and SQS to enable applications to be scalable and fault tolerant; and in executing duties, utilizing AWS/Azure cloud technologies, cloud architecture and cloud design patterns, NoSQL databases including TiDB, DBs, AWS OpenSearch and Elastic Search. **100% remote, telecommute/work from home from anywhere in the U.S. & report to HQ**

Education. Must hold a minimum of Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.


Compensation:
In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.
Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
Salary Range: $173,660.76 – $229,900.00/year.
