We seek a startup operator who will be crucial in guiding our back-end operations and transforming our cross-functional team into a highly efficient and impactful force. In this role, you will support the growth of our team across different regions while also establishing processes and tools that foster a distinctive culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance at Matters Lab. This is not a typical Operations position, as we operate as a distributed team across various regions, which brings about unique requirements and challenges.
In Startup Operations at Matters, you will...
- Take charge of office and admin work to support team members in various regions.
- Assist in financial management from bookkeeping, accounting, tax, etc., with external financial teams.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development of the product.
- Work with founders for team recruiting and build up team benefits system and team culture.
- Assist in executing business and branding strategies.

- 2+ years of working experience
- Strong self-learning and self-driving ability
- Basic knowledge of Web3 & crypto field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
