Job Description

The State Manager Analyst III is responsible for contributing to the attainment of profit and growth targets for an assigned state/market or line(s) of business. They design, develop, analyze and manage strategies and initiatives using product, pricing, and risk management skills to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures project controls are in place throughout the lifecycle of the project on individually assigned tasks

• Begins to demonstrate knowledge in a specialty/role

• Manages multiple demands and shifting priorities

• Tracks own plan performance and project timeline, communicating with business partners to set expectations

• Expands skill in analytic method and operational process

• Develops some knowledge of all Allstate personal lines product, price and risk management policy and processes and competitor intelligence tools and resources (including knowledge of underwriting systems and technologies)

• Begins leading smaller projects or pieces of larger projects

• With some direction and support, conducts routine analysis of the marketplace, competitive position and business results and articulates findings that support the development the local strategies to ensure business objectives are being achieved

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 60,000.00 - 97,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
