We are seeking an experienced pi-shaped marketer to accelerate and steer Sana’s next stage of growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys operating in ambiguity, and combines strategic vision with a builder’s mindset. They’re an excellent writer and storyteller with a passion for enabling customer-facing teams to perform at scale.

What you’ll do
  • Position Sana’s products and develop compelling messaging that cuts through the AI noise.

  • Identify exciting ways to announce our new features to the world.

  • Equip a 4k-strong field team for Sana’s launches and strategic initiatives with everything from top level positioning right down to talk tracks, objection handling, deal coaching frameworks, and beyond.

  • Partner closely with Product, CS, and GTM teams to shape go-to-market readiness. ensuring sellers can confidently articulate how our products differentiate and add value.

  • Create compelling narratives and write high-impact content that educate the global Revenue organization on the future of AI-driven customer outcomes and how to sell it.

  • Identify opportunities to build scalable systems and playbooks for all of the above.

  • Run on anything else within marketing that is an important problem to solve and you find interesting.

Preferably you have
  • As much love for strategic thinking as you do execution. You’re comfortable defining vision and strategy while also building programs, content, and tools yourself.

  • Learned the value of ruthless prioritization and are intolerant of indecision.

  • Experience in building high-impact enablement functions at scaled, high-growth tech companies.

  • Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence across global teams and senior leadership.

  • A keen eye for the role of taste in storytelling and a love for writing.

  • Familiarity with AI or experience in deep tech sector communications.

  • Written content for C-level executives or other high-visibility stakeholders.

  • Excitement for and judgment in using AI to strengthen your work and skills.
