About VideoAmp

VideoAmp is the tech-first measurement company transforming how advertising is valued, bought, and sold. Powered by currency-grade big data and a best-in-class technology stack, our platform gives advertisers, agencies, and digital partners the ability to plan, optimize, and measure media investments across every screen, from linear TV and OTT to CTV and digital video.

VideoAmp is accelerating investment in agentic AI and intelligent optimization technologies, helping clients drive measurable, real-world outcomes in an increasingly complex media landscape. With 880% year-over-year measurement growth, 98% coverage of the TV ecosystem, and partnerships with 11 agency groups and 1,000+ advertisers, we're not just keeping pace with the industry. We're defining what comes next.

We believe great work requires great people, people who say "I'll find a way" instead of "it can't be done."

The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Account Director to act as a primary client proxy, strategic partner, and trusted relationship manager across our most critical enterprise accounts. In this role, you will own client relationships end to end, serving as both an internal advocate and an external escalation point.

This is a dedicated account growth and strategy position, not an enterprise hunter role. You will focus on nurturing enterprise relationships, driving strategic expansion within existing accounts, leading multi-year renewals, and elevating client enablement around our core messaging and go-to-market strategies.

What You'll Do

Account Stewardship and Relationship Management
  • Serve as the central proxy and strategic lead across key accounts, building deep, face-to-face relationships with senior decision-makers.

Account Growth and Expansion
  • Uncover new growth opportunities within current client organizations to hit ambitious organic expansion targets, including driving 10%+ year-over-year revenue growth across strategic accounts.

Escalation and Account Operations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority internal and external escalations, maintaining deep, comprehensive knowledge of each client's business, goals, and technical stack.

Renewals Strategy
  • Lead end-to-end client renewal processes to secure long-term partnerships and free up executive leadership for strategic oversight.

Go-To-Market Execution
  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for key accounts, including joint partnership announcements, event strategies, co-authored thought leadership, and client blog posts.

Client Enablement
  • Build and launch customized Sales Enablement programs to train client teams on our value proposition, messaging, and product ecosystem.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of account management, enterprise sales, or client success experience in media, adtech, or enterprise SaaS. Experience partnering with Digital Platform partners preferred.
  • Proven ability to retain, expand, and renew multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts through consultative relationship-building.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Based in New York City or Los Angeles, with a willingness to meet clients in person for regular relationship-building, entertainment, and strategic reviews.
