About allwhere

allwhere is a D.E. Shaw–backed tech startup scaling rapidly across global markets — reimagining how companies manage IT assets for distributed teams worldwide. Whether remote, hybrid, or in-office, we make it seamless to procure, ship, and track the equipment teams need to stay productive. We’re building the data and operational infrastructure to match our growth, and we’re looking for sharp operators who want to own and scale high-impact systems from the ground up.

 The Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Analytics Manager to stand up and own analytics across the business.

This role is built for someone who thinks analytically, acts decisively, and wants to own outcomes — not just advise on them.

You’ll be embedded across Operations, Supply Chain, GTM, Finance, and Tech — close enough to the work to understand it, senior enough to shape it.

This is not a traditional analytics role — you won’t just produce the insight, you’ll be responsible for driving it across the business and turning it into real outcomes. This role is designed for someone looking to transition from advisory into an operator role with real ownership and execution responsibility.

What You’ll Do📊 Analytics & Reporting Ownership
  • Stand up and own analytics across the business — reporting, workflows, and data structure
  • Build dashboards that drive day-to-day decision-making across operations, sales, support, finance, and supply chain
  • Define how teams access and request data (Data Service Model)
  • Replace ad hoc reporting with scalable, reliable systems
 ⚙️ Data Infrastructure & Tooling
  • Evaluate, implement, and own the analytics tooling stack (e.g., Sigma or alternatives), including driving adoption across the organization
  • Drive decisions on reporting architecture and data structure
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to ensure clean, scalable upstream data
 🔍 Operational Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps
  • Own escalation and exception root cause analysis
  • Define and evolve metrics and KPIs that drive performance across the business
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
 🚀 Project Ownership
  • Own and execute cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution
  • Support key company priorities: margin and cost analysis, pricing initiatives, and international expansion
  • Operate as a high-leverage partner to leadership on strategic initiatives
 🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the voice of data across Operations, GTM, Finance, and Tech
  • Work directly with leadership on high-priority decisions
  • Manage and coordinate external analytics resources
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable analytics function — with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the company grows
 What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in analytically rigorous roles with hands-on experience working directly with data
  • Backgrounds we find particularly compelling: MBB or top-tier consulting, Big 4 advisory, high-growth startups, or Big Tech
  • Track record of turning data into actionable insights that influenced decisions or business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience working with data — including building analyses, models, and dashboards using Excel and SQL (BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI a plus)
  • High ownership mindset — able to define problems, not just execute tasks
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from 0→1
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a hands-on, get-things-done approach
 Why Join allwhere
  • Own and build a function — with a clear path to leading it as we scale
  • Direct exposure to leadership and company strategy at a pivotal growth stage
  • High-impact role at a company scaling rapidly across global markets
  • Opportunity to define the tools, systems, and culture around how data is used across the business
  • Join at the right stage: early enough to build, late enough to scale
 Compensation
  • Base: $130,000 – $150,000
  • Equity — meaningful upside tied to company growth
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
