Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with private equity funds, credit funds, and other strategic FI’s to drive business growth and expand Rho's market presence.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements that help Rho build strategic partnerships with key financial institutions
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Extremely strong network of relationships in private equity, private credit, and/or venture capital.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, pe, private credit or venture capital, in either investing or operating roles.
  •  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically to form creative long-term partnerships and relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership in a flat, fast-moving hierarchy.
  • Self-motivated and achievement-oriented.


Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 plus equity. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
