The Customer Success team works to maximize the lifetime value of our unassigned annual subscribers by positioning premium Getty Images products as solutions to customer challenges and managing renewals. 

Who You Are:

  • Renewing Contracts (Contracts would be in a smaller in volume, largest spend band, our most complex agreements)
  • Meet or Exceed Revenue Sales Quotas
  • Renewal Process- Discovery conversations, Consultative Solution Selling, Renewal Negotiations & Closures
  • Negotiates contract terms that meet clients’ needs yet maximize efficiencies and revenue streams for Getty Images.
  • Works closely with product specialists and supporting departments in structuring and executing renewal contracts.
  • Cultivate Relationship at Enterprise Level with C Level contacts. Develop internal advocates & hunt for new departments/contacts within the account base
  • Client Support- User set ups, pricing quotes, research & general inquiry support
  • Onboarding, Mid-Year Reviews 
  • Proactive Client Support throughout the subscription term- Mid Year Reviews & provide client updates on trends, new products & website enhancements
  • Proactive Hunting within Account Base for new contacts, teams, divisions/departments or companies using internal referrals, LinkedIn, and online research
  • Use Salesforce for tracking opportunities, meetings, client proposals, client profiles
  • 1 Quarterly Client In-Person Meeting/Industry Event

What You'll Need:

  • Experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with enterprise/solution selling
  • Aptitude to grow and lock in revenue of client base of assigned accounts. 
  • Aptitude to sell and upsell, increasing customer retention and underpenetrated accounts. 
  • Ability to grow the number of users/contacts and build rapport to understand their business direction & short/medium term needs.
  • Experience developing accounts and finding opportunities to grow accounts within a sector.
  • Experience presenting to larger groups in-person or via Zoom
  • Experience in conducting training or coaching for entry level positions
  • Strategic Account Planning
