The Role:

We’re seeking a Strategic Finance Lead who will be joining at an inflection point and directly shape our path to market leadership. You will partner closely with the leadership team and collaborate across all departments, and be a key player in driving our financial and business strategy.

This role will be at the center of decision making, connecting product, go-to-market, and investments to financial outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building models, shaping narratives, and influencing strategy in a fast-moving, data-intensive environment. As the company scales, you’ll have the opportunity to leave an outsized impact and grow with the business.

What You Will Own:

FP&A, Forecasting & Unit Economics

  • Lead monthly business reviews, and annual planning processes

  • Build and maintain long term forecast model

  • Develop deep insight into AI-native unit economics, including:

    • CAC, LTV, payback

    • Gross margin by customer segment and product

    • Cost of inference, model usage, and infrastructure efficiency

  • Translate complex financial and technical inputs into clear recommendations

Business Partnership & Strategic Analyses

  • Act as the primary finance partner to GTM, Product, and Operations leaders

  • Support functional KPI reviews and build dashboards to drive visibility and accountability

  • Support executive team and functional leaders on analyses such as:

    • Enterprise GTM scaling, pricing, and packaging

    • Product and investment tradeoffs (e.g., inference costs, gross margin impact)

    • ROI for major investments across sales, product, and AI infrastructure

  • Bring structure and financial clarity to ambiguous, fast-evolving questions

Board, Investor & Executive Support

  • Prepare board materials, KPI reporting, and executive readouts

  • Ensure consistency and credibility across metrics, forecasts, and external storytelling

Key Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or investing, with meaningful time in a high-growth tech company

  • Proven track record in building and managing complex financial models, along with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data

Preferred

  • Experience at a Series B–D venture-backed SaaS or AI-native company

  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and/or usage-based pricing models

  • Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering

  • Excellent data skills including strength with SQL is a plus
