About the Role

We are looking for a senior strategic operator to help shape priorities, accelerate decision-making, and drive execution across our Growth & Planning organization. As the Strategic Growth & Planning Operations Director, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to the SVP of Growth & Planning, helping shape how the organization prioritizes, makes decisions, and executes against its most important opportunities.

You’ll sit at the center of a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with Growth Planning, Finance, CDI, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and regional teams to help leaders allocate attention, navigate trade-offs, and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

Core Areas of Responsibility
  • Own the operating rhythm and governance mechanisms for the Growth & Planning leadership team to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure leaders have clear visibility into priorities, performance, risks, dependencies, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Create the management systems that drive accountability, alignment, and execution across the organization.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view of our highest-priority initiatives, helping leaders manage competing priorities and resource allocation.
  • Identify organizational friction and cross-functional dependencies, driving resolution before they become barriers to progress.
  • Ensure critical initiatives move smoothly from discussion to decision to execution with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, leadership updates, memos, and decision materials that support informed decision-making.
  • Translate complex cross-functional inputs into clear narratives, recommendations, and actions for executive audiences.
  • Clarify ownership and escalation paths to help leaders make better, faster decisions.
  • Own and improve the processes that connect strategic priorities to OKRs, planning cycles, and business reviews.

We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Dallas office.

About You
  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, growth strategy, business planning, or similar strategic leadership roles
  • Experience in, or exposure to, streaming, media, entertainment, gaming, subscription, consumer technology, or other digital consumer businesses
  • Proven ability to partner directly with senior executives in a fast-paced, global, and highly cross-functional organization
  • Demonstrated success leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes across senior stakeholder groups
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills, with the ability to drive decisions, accountability, and alignment without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives, executive presentations, memos, and decision materials
  • Proven success designing and operating executive planning, governance, and decision-making processes
  • Strong business judgment and analytical rigor, including the ability to assess performance, evaluate trade-offs, and inform executive decision-making
  • Passion for anime, entertainment, fandom, or youth culture is a plus
  • MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience in strategy, operations, or leadership roles
