Supports strategic account sellers by mapping Fortune 100 and Fortune 250 accounts, identifying decision-makers and warm introductions, coordinating executive events and account-based campaigns, preparing account briefings, tracking account signals, and driving follow-ups and opportunity momentum. This is an execution-focused strategic sales role rather than an SDR or traditional marketing planning position.
The summary above was generated by AI

AI is being run everywhere, by humans and agents. Harmonic Security governs all of it. The AI Governance and Control (AIGC) platform understands user / agent intent and data context in real time, giving security teams visibility and control across every tool and workflow so companies can move faster with AI while minimizing risk.

We operate in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech: the emerging intersection of AI and cybersecurity. It's a market still being defined, and we're among the first to build natively for it - protecting sensitive data in real time, at the endpoint, with minimal friction for the teams using it. Enterprises get full visibility and control. Their people get to innovate without guardrails slowing them down.

Named to the Rising in Cyber 2026 list, Harmonic is gaining serious recognition and serious traction. We're led by deep cybersecurity expertise and backed by investors who know the space: N47, Ten Eleven Ventures, and In-Q-Tel.

As AI adoption inside the enterprise accelerates, the ability to safely observe, control, and enforce policy in real time isn't a nice-to-have. It's mission-critical infrastructure. That's what we build.

How We Work: AI-First by Design

Harmonic exists to help enterprises adopt AI safely and at scale. We hold ourselves to that same standard. Everyone here actively leverages AI tools to perform their best work — from deep research and writing to building robust processes and automating complex workflows. We expect every new hire to bring a genuine curiosity for AI and a commitment to using it to work smarter, faster, and with greater creativity.

For some, this involves tinkering and remaining open to emerging tools; for others, it means architecting entirely new systems with AI at the core. We will be transparent about expectations for every role and provide the tools and support needed for you to thrive.

About the Team

We are building a Strategic Accounts team focused on Fortune 100 and Fortune 250 Profile of business. Selling to these organizations isn’t the hard part. They have the same AI transformation problems as everyone else.

We don’t get into these organisations through cold email, LinkedIn messages or phone sequences. We get in through high-value interactions and Network: introductions from partners, advisors and investors, executive roundtables, industry panels, peer communities and the occasional well-timed coffee. This role exists to work with the strategic account team to build active, high-value, and exciting campaigns of activity that create those paths and turn them into Meaningful engagements, then help steer opportunities and keep the momentum going once we’re inside.

You’ll work alongside highly experienced Global account sellers. You will learn more about how large, complex enterprise deals really get done in a year here than most people ever learn.

What You'll Do

Find the way in:

  • Map target accounts: who the real decision makers and influencers are, how they’re organized, what they care about right now, and who they already know.

  • Work out the warmest routes to those people through our investors, advisors, channel partners, customers and the team’s own networks.

  • Spot the moments that matter: the conference panel a target CISO is speaking on, the roundtable we should be hosting, the partner who already sits inside the account.

  • Turn all of that into a short, prioritized plan for each account, and then get on with it.

Make it happen:

  • Run the activity, not just the plan. Book the meetings, brief the introducers, draft the notes, chase the follow-ups.

  • Work with our marketing team on targeted, account-based campaigns and executive events for specific accounts.

  • Prepare account briefings before meetings so every conversation starts from real insight.

  • Track signals across target accounts (leadership changes, AI initiatives, regulatory pressure, news) and flag the ones worth acting on.

Keep the momentum:

  • Once we’re engaged with an account, help drive the campaign forward: stakeholder coverage, next steps, content, and making sure nothing stalls.

  • Support all three sellers through a simple weekly prioritization, typically running two to three active account campaigns per seller at any one time.

What This Role is Not

This is not an SDR or BDR role. There are no call targets or email cadences, and we will never ask you to cold message a Fortune 100 CIO. It’s also not a marketing planning role where you design a campaign and hand it to someone else. You are the person who makes it happen. If you like building a plan and then being the one who actually executes it, you’ll love this.

What You Bring
  • One to three years into your career, whether in sales, marketing, consulting, research, events, recruiting, politics or something else entirely. We care far more about how you think than where you’ve been.

  • Genuinely smart and curious. You enjoy figuring out how a large organization works and who really makes the decisions.

  • An executer. When you have an idea, you’ve usually already started on it by the time you mention it.

  • Comfortable working on your own and moving fast, with good judgement about when to ask for help.

  • A clear, concise writer. You can brief a senior executive in five sentences.

  • Confident around senior people without needing to be the loudest person in the room.

  • Interested in AI and security. You don’t need to be an expert, and we’ll teach you what you need to know.

What You’ll Get
  • Hands-on mentoring from people who have spent decades selling to the world’s largest organizations.

  • Direct exposure to executive conversations at some of the most recognisable companies in the world.

  • A real path forward. The skills you build here are exactly the ones that make great enterprise sellers.
