The Strategic Insights team is made up of subject matter experts who drive client insight generation. We provide differentiated value to our customers by ensuring they get the most value from H1 whether that is from our platform, our underlying data or our people.


WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As the Senior Strategic Insights Manager, you will use your expertise to deliver data-driven solutions that address key business challenges for our life sciences clients. You will collaborate with both clients and internal teams to ensure that insights from H1’s platform and data sources drive informed decision-making and maximize value realization.

You will:
- Be a key member of the Account Team(s) engaging with customers as a Subject Matter Expert in our data and their business
- Use data to solve complex business challenges, particularly around scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration
- Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions.
- Optimize the user platform experience by delivering bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and insights, offering proactive project ideas that support value creation and client expansion.
- Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable insights, providing best-in-class solutions and ideas tailored to their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with H1 leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, delivering results that meet client objectives.


ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic, data-driven professional with a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including drug development, therapeutic interventions, and key stakeholders. You have strong expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, and you can leverage data to uncover actionable insights that drive client success. You excel in project management, ensuring high-quality deliverables from planning through execution. Your ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations, combined with strong presentation skills, allows you to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are a skilled communicator, proficient in active listening and influencing others to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Additionally, you thrive in collaborative environments, navigating cross-functional teams and leading efforts to deliver impactful results.


REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in roles related to data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting.
- Proven experience working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that solve business challenges.
- Experience working on a cross functional team, with the ability to speak to engineers and data scientists 
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies is a plus


COMPENSATION
This role pays $130,000 to $145,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.

Anticipated role close date: 8/29/2025
