This role leads partnership with Field Experience Value Stream (FXVS) stakeholders to evaluate, design, and optimize programs and initiatives that advance business objectives. The individual provides analytical leadership across the team, applying advanced analytics to assess impact, identify trends, and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role sets direction, influences decision-making, and elevates the team's analytical rigor and business impact.
What You'll Do:
• Lead analytical partnership with FXVS stakeholders across functions to shape, evaluate, and optimize strategic initiatives.• Set direction and standards for measuring initiative effectiveness using KLIs and KPIs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and insight across the team.• Synthesize complex and ambiguous business challenges into clear narratives, trends, and strategic recommendations that influence decision-making.• Proactively identify opportunities for strategic optimization and guide FXVS SMEs with actionable, forward-looking insights.• Oversee the development of complex analyses, ensuring analytical rigor and effective translation of data into executive-ready insights.• Lead cost-benefit and investment analyses to inform prioritization and resource allocation decisions.• Communicate complex and sensitive insights with executive presence to build alignment and drive action across stakeholders.• Drive continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting, and analytical frameworks, elevating team capabilities and efficiency.• Mentor and develop team members while providing leadership on special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree in Math/Business/Computer Science or related field is preferred• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience• 10+ years of overall professional experience.• Experience in financial services preferred; insurance industry expertise a plus.• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering executive-level (C-suite) presentations.• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust and influence peers and senior leaders across the organization.• Proven project and process management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Salary Range: $160,000-$228,500

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
