$99,900.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$70,000.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop and implement sales plans for assigned portfolios with strategies that maximize revenue from new and existing named accounts
- Manage and upsell to assigned accounts by designing customized solutions for complex enterprise communication needs
- Achieve monthly revenue quotas through effective account management and consultative selling
- Conduct face-to-face interviews to analyze client needs and present professional proposals aligned with business objectives
- Generate new leads through industry networking, trade shows, prospecting and targeted account lists
- Qualify leads, request site surveys to determine serviceability and submit ROI analysis to sales management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information in Spectrum's databases
- Collaborate with business services support groups including sales engineering, sales support and marketing to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Attend required sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen sales skills

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 8+ years telecom experience
Skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Record of success as a top sales performer consistently exceeding revenue quotas
- Proven business-to-business sales experience engaging "C level" decision makers
- Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networks
- Strong presentation, closing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in team environments
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent
- Valid state driver's license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
