About Dust

Work is being rewritten, and the people holding the pen are the ones who actually run it.

With enterprise-grade governance, flexible model choice, and a collaborative interface for humans and agents to work together, Dust empowers AI Operators at the world’s fastest-moving companies to rewire how work gets done.

With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We don't get piloted and shelved. We land once, and spread. We're at an exciting stage of our journey, and growing fast.

We're serving great customers like Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta and Persona, and aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2026.

Dust is backed by Sequoia with a determined team of optimists (coming from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford) who like to focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously while doing so. The Generalist named us among the Future 50.

About the role

We're hiring Dust's first Strategic Partner Marketing Lead to build our partner marketing function and help shape its 2027 global relaunch. You'll create the stories, campaigns, events, and tools that help partners bring Dust to market and generate demand.

The remit spans technology partners, solution partners (SIs), private equity firms, and hyperscalers. Partnerships owns the relationships and investment priorities; you turn those priorities into focused marketing initiatives and measurable pipeline. This is a senior, hands-on role: set the strategy, build alignment with partner leaders, and deliver the work.

What you'll do
  • Set the joint story and plan. Build "better together" messaging with Product Marketing, and turn integrations, shared workflows, and partner use cases into launch plans, customer stories, and proof points.

  • Run campaigns and events. Lead joint launches, webinars, content, email, paid campaigns, field events, and executive programs. Co-host flagship events with strategic partners and create repeatable events other partners can run themselves autonomously. Manage co-marketing budgets and secure shared commitments.

  • Market across partner ecosystems. For technology partners, activate integrations, marketplaces, newsletters, and communities. Equip solution partners (systems integrators) with "marketing-in-a-box" kits to promote Dust-powered services. Reach PE portfolio companies through operating-partner briefings and portfolio events. Build hyperscaler marketplace and co-marketing programs. Partner with Growth on campaigns that support partner acquisition where useful.

  • Equip partner sellers. Create one-pagers, talk tracks, email sequences, account-based campaigns, demos, and training that help partner teams bring Dust to customers.

  • Build the function and its assets. Own Dust's ecosystem presence across integration pages, directory and marketplace listings; create reusable resources such as a skills library and automated partner-announcement assets; and build the playbook for the 2027 global program relaunch.

  • Measure and improve. Set program goals for reach, engagement, qualified leads, and partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Work with RevOps on CRM and account-mapping attribution, report results quarterly, and shift investment toward what works.

What success looks like

In your first 6 months
  • Joint messaging and a launch-ready marketing kit exist for each priority partner.

  • At least two co-marketing campaigns or events have run end to end, from launch to follow-up to tracked pipeline.

  • Dust's integration pages and marketplace listings are current and driving traffic.

  • Partner campaign attribution has agreed definitions and a single report.

In your first 12 months
  • Partner marketing programs contribute a measured share of Dust's partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

  • Each partner type has at least one running marketing program, and SIs are actively using the marketing kit.

  • Sales and partner teams use partner content in live deals.

  • The 2027 partner program relaunch runs on the playbook you built.

What you'll bring
  • 8–12 years in B2B marketing, including substantial partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing experience at a high-growth SaaS, technology, or infrastructure company.

  • A record of building partner campaigns or programs that contribute to customer demand and pipeline. Experience in one or more ecosystems, such as technology, systems integrators, private equity, or hyperscalers.

  • Strong positioning and storytelling skills: you can turn complex integrations and workflows into a clear joint value proposition.

  • Hands-on experience across partner campaigns, events, content, email, paid, or enablement, with sound judgment on what to do yourself and where to scale through partners.

  • Executive presence and the ability to influence partner marketing leaders, negotiate shared commitments, and align stakeholders up to VP level.

  • Comfort with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, budgets, and working from zero in a fast-moving environment.

  • Curiosity about AI agents and the ability to explain their practical value to business and technical audiences.

Nice to have
  • Experience working with strategic technology partners such as Snowflake, Datadog, Crossbeam, or comparable enterprise technology companies.

  • Experience with hyperscaler marketplaces, cloud co-marketing funds, or partner marketing tools such as PRM and account mapping.

  • Experience marketing through systems integrators, consulting partners, or private equity ecosystems.

  • Experience as a first partner marketer at a high-growth company.

Location

We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York because we value the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.

We have an office-first culture. Some of the best things about building at Dust are the energy, the fast decisions, and the unexpected conversations that unlock a hard problem, which happen because we are in the same room. Being together is not a formality, it is how we do our best work, and it is something we actively protect.
That said, we hire people with strong judgement and we extend that trust to how they manage their time. When working from home makes more sense for what you need to get done that day, we trust you to make that call.

Why Dust

The models are powerful enough. What's missing is the product layer where AI meets how companies actually work. That's what we're building: the infrastructure that lets any team turn scattered knowledge and tools into coordinated execution with agents they build, own, and run themselves.

We use Dust ourselves every day. We get to shape how humans and agents collaborate while solving our own problems with the product we ship. That loop is rare, and it's why we move fast.

If you're excited about defining a new category and want to join a determined team of optimists who focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously, we'd love to talk.

Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
